Please read this End User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before using RuleKeeper ("Software"). By installing, hosting, accessing, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.
RuleKeeper is licensed under the terms of the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL 2.0).
You are granted a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and create derivative works of the Software, subject to the conditions of the MPL 2.0.

Your use of the Software is subject to the Privacy Policy which explains what data may be collected and how it is handled.
If you self-host the Software, you are responsible for any data you collect through your instance.
The Software is provided "AS IS," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and noninfringement.
Use of the Software is at your own risk.
In no event shall the creators, contributors, or maintainers of RuleKeeper be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or business interruption.
This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate it by discontinuing use and deleting all copies of the Software.
Your rights under this Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any term(s).
This Agreement may be updated occasionally. Significant changes will be announced through official channels (e.g., GitHub repository, bot announcements).
